Standard Rate Schedule (all rates are negotiable based on age and volume of accounts)

FITEC handles debt collection for Business to Business Delinquent Accounts Receivable. We collect on a contingency fee basis, and have NO up front fees or sign up charges for our services. We only charge a fee if we are Successful in collecting money for you. If we do not collect your account/s NO fee will be charged. (NO COLLECTION = NO FEE)

Commercial Accounts / Business to Business

  25% - Age of Account under 1 year/still in business.
  33.3% - Age of account over 1 year – still in business.
  50% - Age of account over 1 year - out of business, skip, and international accounts.

Legal Forwarding & Consumer Accounts

Should your Account/s require Litigation to collect (rates will vary from 35% - 40% Depending on size of claim and location of the debtor), we have access to collection attorneys all across the USA and most foreign countries.  As a client you will be responsible for filing fees and court cost associated with your case.
